The CLS Interim Management team is dedicated to the provision of outstanding interim managers and experienced consultants that specialise in the FE sector. Over the last 12 months, our interim team have successfully supported a growing number of colleges with a wide range of requirements, from short term consultancy and project work, to long term interim management positions.

David has worked in the FE sector for over 10 years. A former Regional Manager with Protocol, David has significantly grown the CLS interim business over the last 12 months since joining as the Head of Interim Management and Consultancy Solutions.

 

"The post–16 sector is such a diverse area and no two clients are the same - they may face similar challenges but will require always different solutions. My experience enables CLS to provide efficient and effective solutions with highly capable interims. Mair Price

Mair is the newest member of CLS, having joined the team in November 2013.

 

Due to an increase in demand for our Interim Management and Consultancy Service, Mair will work alongside David Beynon to deliver interim solutions to colleges based primarily in the South of England and London.

 

Mair has worked in recruitment for over 4 years and is a welcome addition to the CLS team.

 

 

 

Lucy Charlesworth

Lucy has been working for CLS since July 2013. She is completing an apprenticeship and is working towards her NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration.

 

Lucy provides primary support for the Senior Executive and Middle Management Recruitment services, as well as the Interim Management service.
