College Leadership Services’ Observe and Improve offers a range of outstanding solutions specifically developed for the education sector.

The Observe service provides “training for excellence” programmes for the education sector. We have an established reputation for excellence, delivering both in providers’ premises, at national venues or at our conference centre in Nottingham to groups ranging from 10 - 70 delegates.

All programmes incorporate current sector guidance and expectations whilst exploring best practice gathered nationally. Training content is designed to support providers in their drive to raise standards and create a culture of continuous improvement. All events are tailored to meet your needs. We are well known for ‘practising what we preach’ using up to date, interactive methods of delivery.
